CLAIMS AND LOGISTICS OFFICER, KUPA KENYA
Duties and Responsibilities
Process all claims on a weekly basis
Determine the services that are to be provided to the clients according to their status and statute of KUPA KENYA
Communicate directly to the clients on what they are qualified for and the timeline of receiving those services
Allocate and manage staffs and resources involved in the provision of services to clients
Plan vehicle/hearse routes
Work on new supply strategy and negotiate on behalf of KUPA Kenya whenever need arises to hire some vehicles/hearse to effectively facilitate service provisions to clients
Effectively manage and prudently use the allocated resource to the benefit of both KUPA Kenya and clients
Use IT and tracking system to manage all the fleets owned by KUPA Kenya
Making sure that all fleet owned by KUPA Kenya are in good conditions, with necessary documents such as insurance, inspections, speed governors, TLB among others
Co-ordinate and control all activities in the claims and logistics department
Getting feedback from clients and preparing reports on the same
