• I currently report to the Country Head – Sri Lanka. Previously I was reporting to the Customer Development Director – Sri Lanka.

• I am responsible for handling the Primary and Secondary Cold Chain Sales across all MT chains.

• I develop, negotiate, and sign contracts with our MT customers.

• Analysing, monitoring, and driving category sales growth, as well as managing and leading local cold chain distribution towards organisation strategies fall under my purview.

• My Direct Report Team of 17 consist of 2 KAM, 1 DPM and 14 Executives, whom I lead and mentor, as well as conduct direct training sessions for.

• I monitor and evaluate customer profitability and production efficiencies and develop suitable strategies. National Sales Manager January 2014 – July 2018 Laugfs Gas PLC Colombo, Sri Lanka

• I reported to the Chief Operating Officer of the company.

• I was responsible for handling all primary and secondary sales across multiple channels across the country.

• I had to manage and lead local distributors towards RB’s strategies, as well as manage and guide the local RB team consisting of 1 KAM, 1 DPM, 2 OP Managers and 2 Auditors.

• I developed new category management strategies, implemented planograms for space management and developed the GT penetration and development plan which was subsequently implemented.
