Responsible for the Management of UGM that intervene in the Logistics System Management of ARV Drugs, Opportunistic Infection Drugs, Tuberculosis Drugs, Family Planning, Hospital Waste Supplies, Community supplies, Furniture, Hospital Equipments, Procurement, Human Resources and Fleet Management.
General Logistics Management of the 144 VCT centers and 29 ART specialty centers in all Departments in Haiti. Our responsibility was to ensure that all pharmacies and storage area are well suited to store Drugs and supplies, and also ensure that all sites are resupplied on a regular basis.
Establish a Logistics Management System for the control of stock, utilization, inventory and distribution. This system was not only placed at the central level but also at site level with a logistics software called Simple I. This enable us to receive online report of every site status, and also received on time the command request that shows on one side the stock report and on the other the utilization report and the balance left to date.
Responsible for the management and supervision of 20 staff members to make sure that all employees start on time and have respect and apply all standard operating procedures regarding to their task description.
Provided technical assistance to GHESKIO, Minister of Health, USAID in order to distribute rationally ARV drugs to all the hospitals and Health Centers in Haiti. Monitor and evaluate the capacity of all the centers providing VCT/PMTCT services to patients with AIDS.
Monitor and evaluate drug consumption and utilization in order to better forecast and make projection for purchase drugs locally and internationally and also refurnish the centers and hospitals to avoid any outage of stock. Quantification and Forecasting to provide necessary drugs to all ART sites supported by PEPFAR
Fleet of 4 trucks and 10 pick-up to distribute material, equipment, drug and medical supplies to all sites providing VCT/PMTCT/ART.

Responsible for the logistics management of ARV drugs for the HIV/AIDS program VCT/PMTCT and HAART.
Provided technical assistance to GHESKIO, Minister of Health, USAID in order to distribute rationally ARV drugs to all the hospitals and Health Centers in Haiti.

Establish a quality control program that identifies and provides correcting potential problem areas. Supervise all logistic operations throughout the entire scope of the contract for the US South Atlantic Command (DAKF11-96-D-0006).
