Kiskunlacháza Municipality Project Manager
Project management of KEOP-1.2.0/09-11-2012 tender ”reconstruction of sewage-works, and construction of the 5th phase of sewage system, and septic-works of Kiskunlacháza” ( 2,700MFt). Project that was in 9 months delay, which needed to put back on track. Corrected financial and planning figures made during preparation phase as a result the amounts of items eligible for grants increased by 35MFt and ratio of funding increased from 85 percent to 93 percent. Managed to obtain an additional 42MFt co-funding from EUOF. Construction started in due time, went as rescheduled, and could be finished before EU grant period deadline.
