WORK EXPERIENCE:

1. Presently working with WNS Global Services Private Limited, Mumbai as Lead Associate for Treasury Team, since October 2022 till date with prestigious client IAG GBS.

Job Profile: -

Successfully handled Knowledge Transfer for the new Pilot process.

Job Profile: -

Purchase:

Raising indents against requirements received from technical team, approving them from Management, floating the requirements to vendors and getting best quotes for same after negotiation.

Comparing the quotations received and helping with best fitted and suitable quote to Management.

Prepare purchase order and maintain the record of same.

Verifying the material received in terms of quality with technical team and quantity with stores.

Prepare and maintain goods return note (Debit note). General Accounts:

Verifying the invoices received and forwarding the same along with supporting documents for payments to Head Office.

Make the entries of every accounting transaction under relevant account head on daily basis in MS-Excel.

Find out discrepancies in accounting entries and correct them.
