Continuous Improvement Projects –

Lead a Kazan event that aimed to streamline and develop a process to standardize changeovers on machines to eliminate production downtime. At the conclusion on the event we were able to forecast a million-dollar annual savings for the company.

Developed and implemented a New Hire Onboarding program to streamline across the company. This is the current new hire training the company still uses.

Started an Unplanned Down Time Team. Saved the company approx. $90k year with first project.

Introduced the current SOP writing standard still used today.

Played a key role in getting the LOTO process started and used correctly at my previous job.
