Write-Off project is to write off the customer and violator’s toll/late fee/notice transaction in two different ways, Auto- mated and Bankruptcy. Automated Write-Off batch is to mark the customer account tolls and violator toll/late fee/notice transactions, which is older than 36/24 months. Bankruptcy Write-Off batch is to mark the recent toll/late fee/notice transactions by a CSR. Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) representatives will approve or reject the batch based on the transactions selected. The approved batch will be automatically processed the next day and written off the toll amounts.
