● Responsible for conducting internal audits of the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance to the requirements of AS9100 Quality Management Systems – Requirements for Aviation, Space and Defense Organizations, Task Order (TO) compliance and process requirements. Audit results are used as a tool in support of management policies and controls, by providing information on which the organization can act to improve its performance.

Lien Coordinator - Created a New Lien Process, and Lien Flow Chart. Create new liens in Agile (PDM) then sent Flight Parts out for
(PMA) Prohibited Material Analysis & (DPA) Destructive Physical Analysis. Created Shippers using Ship Software. Engaged with Cross Functions by holding a weekly Lead Time Lien Meeting to help close aging liens, and address any issues on any Non-Conformances to ensure we met our Customers Schedules. Engineer shop technician – GPSIII program:
Responsibilities included:
● Solder fine pitch small parts to 20 Mil.
● Run the SMT Line.
● Build Printed Circuit Boards, by hand. Bus Bars, Driver Boards
● Complete Power Converters, from wire and part preparation of the accumulated materials, to assembling all the boards that are required.
● Installation of Hybrids with precision, Thermal Adhesives, and wiring the entire Top Assembly.
Reworked, Experimental Transmitter boxes, installed parts with indium solder and gold film. Built Flight Cables.
Built and reworked cables for Military radios. From: August 2007-June 2008, Assisted Engineer's with Group Delay Testing on Transmitters.
Re-characterized Transmitters. Tested ALC Cards. Tested DC Converters.
Tuned and Re-Tuned Transmitters with indium to achieve better Output Return Loss.
