• Led analysis and planning to define accountability framework, standards and quantifiable rubrics aligned to framework. Designed, created, and implemented evaluation tools for learning progress, and for e-learning results during current pandemic.

• Reviewed Curricula and implemented Common Core Standards to systemize curriculums across charter schools. Created a Standards based Social Studies curriculum that included the Emirati history and culture.

• Analyzed achievement data, designed, created, and implemented assessment reports and results dashboards, and led monitoring and training workshops for CEOs, operators, and principals.

• Created and designed student-centered Monitoring School Improvement tools for digital dashboard which systemized monitoring processes throughout the organization and 100% of schools for monitoring transparency.
