Managed all Client communication from on-boarding to termination of Clinical Trial Protocols. Replied to all Client emails, texts and telephone calls. Managed all imports into the US and Canada by directing activities between customers and freight forwarders such as DHL. Personally ensured or coordinated with brokers to properly process imports for on-time delivery and Customs clearance with minimization of demurrage charges.

• Doubled number of imports year-over-year for first six months of 2018 from 423 to 846.
