• Currently leading the supply chain operations with end to end coordination without any process deviation

• Responsibility begins of picking of raw materials from suppliers till dispatching of finished goods to customer through Milk run vehicles as per the customer standards.

• Ensuring all the raw materials received are unloaded as per the standard SOP & GRN is completed for same within 24 hours. As per the standards, IQA inspection the parts shall be cleared & moved to racks as per the SOP.

Since it was a customer focus market the excavators were tailored accordingly to their needs apart from the standard configurations. As the configurations changes the item also changes with respect to kits sent to assembly line. This in turn affects the supply chain. If there was absence of items to match tailored configurations, then the finished goods were converted to the required configuration just to satisfy the customer by delivering the excavator on time.
