Educational Skills: Mkono Mugwe holds MA in Education Management and Leadership from the University of Arusha Tanzania, BA in Education from the Open University of Tanzania and Diploma in Education from Mtwara (T). He has rich experience in Managing the entire school of education in terms of formulating policies, managing curriculum and instruction, chairing school meetings, assigning duties to different departments, attending Deans and Directors meetings, College administrative board meetings, reporting and representing the school to higher administrative bodies at St Mary’s Teachers College. Apart from attending teaching responsibilities in secondary and primary section at St Mary’s schools in Mbeya, Mwanza and Dar es Salaam.

2017 to date: I’m working as special request teacher at Alpha Omega Secondary School in Monduli Arusha specialized in teaching Geography and Civics subjects and more time in guidance and counselling students in secondary school.

January 2015 to December 2016: Zonal Trainee and Sales Manager Northern Zone (Arusha, Kilimanjaro, Tanga and Manyara)

I ensured achievement of sales objectives zone wise and correct implementation of company strategy through effective coordination of sales and distributions activities.

Daily responsibilities:

*Responsible for the overall Zonal revenue, attain sales objectives as set in monthly KPI’ s and budget, coordinate direct sales and distributions, indirect channel expansion to support the dealer in expanding the channel.
