Overall Duties and Responsibilities Include:

- Perform day-to-day vehicle pre-trip checks like; engine oil, water, battery, brakes, tires, etc. and ensure that the assigned vehicles are roadworthy.

- Ensure the safety of the vehicle while on duty.

- Log official trips, daily mileage, gas consumption, Oil changes, greasing, etc.

- Transport office staff and/or packages to and from destinations.

- Make arrangements for major repairs for the vehicle when needed.

- Fulfill administrative needs, like office pickups.

- Ensure all required documents with the vehicle are in order and up to date regarding vehicle insurance, vehicle logs, and necessary spare parts.
