County. The main tasks of the project were as follow: Remove and replace the existing flooring

Painting the two-story building

Repairing the damaged stucco

Repairing the roofing and replacing the ceiling tiles Painting and striping the asphalt in the parking area Removing the existing concrete stairs and rebuilding them in other directions per the engineer's plans. Install permanent metal fencing and entry gate to keep the building from Graffiti. I created the cost estimation and the project schedules and submitted them to the owner. It was pretty challenging because we had to work during office hours when employees were working. I divided the areas into seven zones and managed to relocate employees between the zones to have an evacuation area for the working zone. It was a successful delivery, although we still have some touch- ups that are being taken care of.

I did shop drawings of structural steel based on the project engineer's structural plan. I created a 3d animated design video that showed an installation sequence that gave the crew a realistic vision of what they were expected to do and shared it with the welding crew I supervised. I was the construction manager, and my duties were as follows: Supervising the installation of cabinets, shower doors, glass railings, window blinds, Furniture, and doors. I joined the team in the last six months of the project. Because of poorly done waterproofing, various leaking issues, such as wall moisture and mold, Flooring damage, and more.

I learned much about waterproofing materials and methods. I was in charge of cutting stucco across the building on the 6th floor to place sheet metal under the black paper membrane of plaster.
