Prepare placards or tablets for booked guests, debrief Marhaba team, record all no-show guests and contacts guest via email to advise service had been available.

To follow up on last minute requests VIP, CIP or special handling, review daily reports from previous shift,

Escort guest to Marhaba lounge if applicable, especially for Elite guest.
