I was responsible for patient care in home for patient who was terminally ill with cancer. I was responsible for all aspects of patient care, vitals, administering all medications round the clock care. I was liaison between family and doctor.
CLINICAL RESEARCH COORDINATOR / URGENT CARE CLINICAL TRIALS JULY 2021 TO OCTOBER 2022
I provided Protocol specific patient care, study drug accountability, and EDC data entry. I conducted screening visits and consented patients per Protocol. I was responsible for drawing and collecting all labs, working the lab and shipping all labs to appropriate location provided by sponsor protocol.
I was active in site initiation visits, monitoring visits and close-out visits. CLINICAL RESEARCH COORDINATOR / THE CENTER FOR CLINICAL TRIALS JANUARY 2020 TO JULY 2021
