• Identified action plans for operational improvement.

• Assessed root cause of problem areas, effectively implemented action plans, and followed up to ensure desired outcomes were met and maintained.

Director of Kitchen Operations, Austin, TX (2004-2006) This position was created specifically for me based on my previous contributions to operational improvements.

• Headed the Operational Excellence Road Show Leadership Team – effectively rolled out OER to entire team of management, directors, and owners.
