I have ** years long experience in land resource and land degradation mapping, Integrated Natural Resource Management and Restoration, Sustainable Ecosystem Management, Environmental Impact Evaluation and Monitoring and Evaluation of mega projects.

I worked with FAO as Consultant (Agronomy) for short term for development of curriculum for Jhum cultivation. As National Consultant with Government of India, provided technical support for implementation of National Food Security Mission (Oilseeds) as part of National PMU. Held intensive consultation and formulated new Missions i.e. National Mission on Edible Oils – Oilseeds and Oil Palm and Visions for self-sufficiency in edible oils.

I have published 76 research papers, 66 symposium papers, 3 books, 22 book chapters and 22 technical bulletins besides many technical and consultancy reports. My work has been recognized by various organization, ministries and association. •I was a research scientist during my regular job with Indian Council of Agricultural Research. Before joining, national scientific career, I worked as Technical Officer . for 3 years and surveyed southern states to prepare Soil resource Maps of Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala and Tamil Nadu. For another 3 years, I implemented an Operational Research project on Integrated Watershed Management in Himalayan Region. While implementing watershed projects for resource conservation, eco-restoration and sustainable production in participatory mode, I taught farmers land management practices and implemented these in their fields. During this period, I performed teaching to various levels of workers.
