•Gives out information where judgment, knowledge, and interpretation of procedures and regulations are necessary.

•Provides extra support – time, effort, or whatever is required to accomplish department goals.

•Responsible for servicing parents and students with grades and attendance.

•Responsible for maintaining Registration cards, computer agreement forms.

•Responsible for Registration of all new students and process student withdrawals.

•Assist with producing copy and distribution of the student handbook.

•Responsible for special projects and creating Excel spreadsheets for the principal.

•Assisted with issuing and administering TAKS testing materials to the students.

•Trained teachers on the Skyward system for student and employee records.

•Responsible for maintaining the computers, copiers, printers, fax machines and phones for Brewer Middle School.
