As a passion chef I won people's choice award from a chili cooking contest in Tombstone, Az. out of 56 cooks.
I won the Best Tasting Wings in Tucson from the Easter Seal Foundation contest. I was Voted top 10 Burger in the nation through a gourmet magazine contest. Nominated One of the Best Food Truck four years in a row, from the Tucson Citizen magazine. On my Food trailer, we're at a 4.8 stars out of 5 stars I am a very passionate, confident person, who leads by example with great communication skills and a hands on approach. I have experience with serving, bartending, dishwasher, Prepping, menu planning, labor cost, food cost, catering, banquets, buffets, fast pace restaurants and large events!
