· My experience from being a customer account executive has taught me that customers come first. My duty was to ensure that doctors were paid accurately for the services that they have provided for patience. At first was difficult but eventually, I’ve began to get the hang of it. Ensuring that the customers get what he/she works. Doing this, has not only allow me to understand the importance of pleasing and helping customers but as made me discipline in carrying out this accurately. For my hard work, I have gained an accuracy of a 100% for months and I’ve also hit the company quota few times.

-Being a bellman has taught me a wide variety of things. It had shown me to be always focus, prepared and being able to always anticipate what could possibly happen in my environment just in case I ever encounter with a person.
-My position as a Guest Experience host has given me the experience in assisting my colleagues with their Front Desk work; such as answering telephones and providing answers to people inquiries. This position has taught me how to not only maintain professionalism at all times, patient and tolerant.

In doing this job, I have to be extreme determine to make as much calls to make as possible and being able to be tolerant to take their rejection. In doing a job like this, it has made me more persistent, resistant and extremely ambitious to get the company’s goal done.
