I would describe myself as some who is passionate about people, creating creative content, and a team player with excellent interpersonal skills. I have a love for new challenges and have a range of skills and experience acquired from different positions in the creative field, working with non-profits as well as in the world of academia. I believe that storytelling as well and leadership development amongst our youth is essential to inspire the next generation and build them up to make a difference in their societies and thus the world. My creative eye, a desire to develop meaningful projects, together with my experience in the television industry, advertising in South Africa and lecturing both in a non-profit and at a university level makes me an asset on any team. Lobengula Advertising: Copywriter August 2022 - present I am the copywriter on various campaigns for clients such as Standard Bank, Old Mutual and assisting on various pitches. After assessing the Strat, I come up with the big idea that will drive the campaign, collateral that supports the messaging as well as activations for the campaign. Below-the-line, I have done the script writing on a internal series, promotion for an internal podcast and various internal comms. Above-the-line, I have written radio scripts as well as digital out of home collateral. Due to my experience in video production, I have also overseen production from conceptual phase, execution on set as well as the edit process.

Broad Daylight films Foundation -Researcher and production coordinator 2011 I formed part of Redi Tlhabi’s talk show production team, as a researcher. My role looked at current and emerging trends and topics specific to the show’s target audience. I formed a part of the team that conceptualised the overall story of each episode and when on set, I was responsible for the coordination of talk show guests and audience members and the overall running of the set.
