• Create user account profiles, manage permissions, and account management for new employees within ADP Workforce Now.
• Manage ADP Payroll and Time and Attendance HRIS systems including coordination and login access/registration for all new hires, entering of all new hire data including compensation, state and local taxes, health and voluntary deductions, HSA elections, direct deposit info, etc.

• Ensure data integrity and accuracy of all new hire information on benefit vendor portals for medical, dental, vision, short term disability, long term disability, and life insurance benefits. Perform auditing and modification of employee records on these sites for additions and qualifying event changes.
• Manage employee compensation process including annual salary review process and approval of compensation adjustments and entering of all compensation adjustments into ADP. Also assign and document supervisory reporting relationships and approval reporting structure within HRIS system.
• Manage benefits open enrollment process and update annual employee census report and track new enrollments, plan/coverage changes, and termination of benefits. Responsible for all benefits open enrollment communication and ensuring the transition to new coverage is as streamlined as possible. Enter all new health deductions into ADP payroll for new plan year.
