Restructured and advanced the combination of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition into a cohesive team, providing employees and leadership a unified and effective people operations department. The HR and Talent Acquisition team were previously operating under two different executive leadership teams with minimal interaction with Payroll and Corporate. This hindered the ability to effectively support the organization and provide a trusted partner within the company. I was able to bring the two functions together, incorporate open communication with operations and corporate, and effectively provide employees and management a solid support team to drive business and impact growth. Executed new compensation structure for Customer Communications Management team, driving the business to success. The Output Solution Centers (OSCs) had a compensation structure that was driving undesirable behaviors and compensating employees in an outdated fashion. Six months after starting to work with this team I was able to execute a new compensation structure that they had been frustrated with for several years. This drove better collaboration, team culture, and rewarded the highest performing team members. Developed and implemented HR strategy for Century Communities, significantly impacting employee engagement. HR department viewed as dysfunctional and unreliable. Developed relationships with all levels of employees and led discovery initiative uncovering cause of disorder. Designed and integrated processes creating structure within department resulting in positive impact on business operations.

Saved employees 75% by restructuring benefits program and reducing expenses. Envysion benefit option managed by outside vendor was overpriced and not competitive in market. Eliminated vendor relationship and created benefits package aligned with company needs. Reduced premiums, lowered copays and added features. Saved employees $12K annually on family coverage. Attracted high caliber personnel reducing recruiting costs. Increased employer approval ratings over 100% by improving company culture. Century Communities’ Glassdoor reviews and ratings were extremely low. Devised and implemented strategy to improve scores.
