Started my professional career in 1999 with a job as Project Coordinator in Fortum Engineering Ltd.

(Formarly IVO Power Engineering Ltd. Finland). I was stationed in India project office in New Delhi,India. It was a prestigious World Bank funded project namely "System Coordination and Control Project - Northern Region ( SC&C - NR)" for rapid development of advanced communication infrastructure to back up Power Transmission Network in Northern India. Construction of modern infrastructure and to upgrade the Microwave Telecommunication Package of Northern Power Grid". The project was under supervision of Power Grid Corporation of India. Coordination and regular communication with principal claint for approvals of design and execution schedule, requisite documentations, permissions etc. Planning for construction of microwave tower foundations, associated LDC/SLDC Buildings, SCADA Instalation building, switching station, Control Room building etc. through 200 plus physical sites in five states of situated through entire Norther Region of India. Planning and Coordination of logistics for construction materials and equipments to supply at sites against off shore and on shore supplies / suppliers.

Coordination with sub vendors and contractors, preparation of contract documents and related correspondence with them.

Supervision of execution through all sites and monitoring the progress according to the approved schedule of execution, technical specifications and contractual obligations.
