As a customer service agent my tasks were to take frontline calls. Billing, customer information modification, channel package change, sells were my daily type of calls. If something was not regular customer service related a transfer was needed so the appropriate agent could make the changes.

As an advanced account support specialist my main task was to retain the customer. Although this was the main purpose for this department other skills were required so I was also trained to handle legal situations, moving, reconnect (soft or hard disconnect), customer service, upgrades( pitch equipment upgrade or channel packages) tech related calls and aside from taking calls, on the job trainer.
