Preparing Tender documents and quotations for different onshore and offshore projects.

Follow up with concerned staff on ongoing projects and assignments and update the GM accordingly.

Prepare meeting agendas in advance, confirm time, venue and list of attendance and arrange meeting facilities.

Handling Client complaints.

Follow up with clients to assure all the provided documents are complete.
