• Administrative and Compliance Management tasks included: o Served as administrative support which includes preparing letters and memos, expense reports, responding to client mail, and answering phone calls. o Communicated regularly with local and/or state government services in order to verify clients are receiving their designated services as determined by ResCare. o Complied with reporting requirements of the West Virginia incident management system. o Reviewed upcoming appointments of assigned clients and confirm with residential managers that staff members are available.

o Completed expense report to be reimbursed for mileage for staff. o Provided a schedule of all programs used by the clients to ensure that times and tasks do not overlap or duplicate.
