Atheeb Intergraph Saudi Company (Riyadh - Saudi Arabia) as Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Consultant

Develop Employee Dashboard in Oracle Apex where Employee can see their Attendance, Salary History, Iqama Expiry, Leave Information, Purchase Requisitions and their Approval status etc. Employee can also submit their Leave Request / Business Travel Request through system. The application will go through the Approval process and after approval changes will reflect in the Attendance system. Employees can also upload Sick Leave Document / Expense Claims in the system. The application is also working on Mobile.

Develop Employee Evaluation system (OAF) to Evaluate Employee Performance annually based on a rating scheme. It uses a custom workflow to approve the Evaluation through Emails/Notifications (Hierarchy: Employee/Evaluator/Reviewer/CEO).

Time Sheet Allocation: (Oracle Forms Developer/ Reports Builder/ XML Publisher)

The Employee will distribute their Daily Working Hours to different Companies/Projects/Cost centers. Department managers can approve timesheets (Out-of-office Hours) for their Employees. At the end of the month, the system calculates Employee’s allowances based on Timesheet allocation and post it to Oracle GL Interface.

Setup and Configure Oracle R12 Supply Chain Management Modules (Purchasing, Inventory) and provide Application consultancy for the daily challenges and change orders on the following Companies.

Automate Approval of Purchase Requisitions/Purchase Orders using AME. Approvers are approving the PR/PO through Outlook Emails without login into the system.

My duties include Business Process Re-Engineering (Existing & To be Process Flowcharts), define PR/PO Authority Matrix approval through AME, Inventory Organization Setup, Item Templates (Expense, Asset, Inventory Items), KFF/DFF setups, Workflow Notification Mailer Setup, Forms Personalization, Alert, User Training, Documentation, Reconciliation between Oracle SCM and GL data and development of custom Reports based on user requirement etc.

VAT implementation using eBTax Setup (define Item and supplier level Tax rules) and develop VAT return report.

Develop different Management Reports for SCM Module like Progress Status Summary report which shows complete link from PR to Invoice level, Bid Abstract Report for Quotations Comparison from different supplier, PO Supplier Wise Status report, and Account wise Reconciliation report between GL-SCM etc. Also generate group level combined reports based on data on multiple servers using DBLink.

Customize PO Account Generator Workflow for Expense Items to load Charge Accounts based on business requirements.

Involved in Setting up Oracle R12 Financials (GL, AP) modules in Atheeb Holding Company. Configure Primary Ledger, Chart of Accounts, Calendar, Document Sequences in GL Module. Setup Vendor, Bank Accounts, Payment Terms, Payable options in AP module. Developed customized reports for Financial Modules like P&L, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance, JV, Invoice Voucher etc using Oracle Reports Builder and XML Publisher.

Developed OBIEE Dashboard that contains Employee Information, Salary History, Grade - Nationality Wise Employee Count including their Annual Gross Salaries, Grade – Department Wise Employees Count, Min-Max Salary ranges for each Grade as per Nationality, Years of Service wise Employees Count etc.

Uploading Employees data, Jobs, Positions, Supervisors, Item Categories, Items, Assign Items to Org. using APIs and upload data in different value sets using Interfaces / API.
