Personal statement

I am an ambitious hardworking individual who considers himself to be a valuable team member, with this I implement the vital practice of good customer service within the workplace which requires empathy and understanding. This is demonstrated by my calm and collective approach also the keenness in the desire to help the customers and will go the extra mile and hence have a good sense of commitment and responsibility.

As I have mastered the fundamentals of a work role, I can confidently work at pace where I can both learn and to deliver tasks or the services required am efficient and am good at problem solving and give attention to detail. Furthermore, I can time manage the tasks that need to be completed in a more logistical manner. From the mentioned qualities stated above, this has helped me to foster innate leadership and multi-tasking skills.
