Managing Central warehouse and distribution of materials to all decentralized stores across the region & Create purchase requisition as per the Site requirement & Continuous following up with purchase team for the said requisition to facilitate the early preparation of purchase order. Following up with Suppliers for the delivery of materials base on correct time requirement. -
receives and inspects all incoming materials and reconciliation with purchase order and follow the standard SOP as per organization.
Processes and distribute documentation with purchase orders; reports, documents and tracks damages and discrepancies on orders received.
Make sure hazardous chemicals are segregated with MSDS for are placed at designated areas near the chemical as per safety requirement and procedure.
Manage the Inventory on daily basis by making sure CAFM System inventory matches with the physical stock and reconciling stocks if any discrepancies are found.
Monthly stock audits & yearly external auditor by providing them the required documents together with current inventory list, assist them in stock counts.
Attend and participate in management meeting, make suggestion where necessary and response to question regarding store related activities.
