2011 to present - Semi - retired as companydriver, I continued as a private driver, driving old corporate clients and working with Lyft and Uber.
2004 to 2011 - Progressive responsibilities from Lead Chauffeur to Fleet Manager /Quality Control and Customer Care Manager with Empire/CLS; culminating as General Manager of Four Seasons Limousine Services Inc.; directed and managed the level of service and expectations for the transportation of Fortune 100 level clients, dignitaries, entertainers and athletes, in a safe and secure process. Directed initiatives 2010-2011 added 73 clients and increased sales from $285,000.00 per year to $980,000.00 per year. Maintained relationships and communications with decision making senior management at “Five Star” hotels and restaurants in the Tri-State area. Developed and managed chauffeur training programs instructing chauffeurs in the courtesies and requirements of this company and our industry, to maintain customer courtesies and safety at the highest level.
2002 to 2004 - Account Executive, Trans American Office Furniture, Inc., Philadelphia, PA - Responsible for government, education, religious health industries sectors. 1969 to 1992 - Human Resources and Training Professional - US Air Force. Positions of increasing scope and responsibility within the US Air Force in a career spanning more than twenty years, in training practical application of skills and techniques during peace and combat situations. Experience culminated in the position of assistant to the CEO of a major US Air Force strategic intelligence unit with specific responsibilities for the human resource and finance functions of the organization. Positions held included Director of Intelligence Training and Senior Instructor (European Theatre), small unit manager, employee relations specialist, and staff administrator.
