Software Engineer, Shaanxi Administration of Radio and TV Jan. 2018 – Aug. 2022 As a software engineer, designed, implemented and deployed scalable and fault-tolerant distributed systems for company internal management.

Developed a “Professional Title Evaluation System” to determine the candidate’s professional titles based on KPIs such work experience, education and accomplishments; Supported administrators in posting information in the government affairs network and judges in scoring the participants in admin mode.

Automated the initial evaluation system by conducting rules based on title requirements in decision trees, constructed a relational database with SQLite to manage candidates’ information;

Designed a secure authorization and authentication system for candidates and admins to manipulate data;

Designed a single page application by implementing AJAX functionalities to construct data pipelines with preload static and dynamic URLs, reducing website execution complexity by 30%;

PROJECTS

Key Exchange Protocol for Wireless Body Area Network Feb. 2013-Dec. 2014

Designed key exchange protocols and generated session keys efficiently and concisely between nodes of different levels; Implemented support for selective authentication between WBAN nodes in various scenarios; Verified the protocols using BAN logic and conducted efficiency tests with C language;

Published papers indexed in EI and SCI, obtained a patent. IoT Position Application for in-home Robots (Amazon 126 Lab) Jan. 2023-June. 2023

Designed and developed an Internet of Things localization algorithm that can predict the location of an IoT device with high accuracy by SSI and RSSI values in diverse indoor environments.

Collected indoor dataset to tested the approach using TensorFlow, created Python scripts to visualize the outcomes of the localization algorithm and built dynamic radio map of the environment;

Evaluated different localization algorithms, such as maximum likelihood, Implemented and trained ML models (K-Nearest Neighbors) with large indoor RSSI dataset through instantaneous data collection.
