Summary: An inspirational, pedagogical and passionate leader who believes in capacity building and teachers empowerment and has deep understanding of the current literature regarding teaching and learning. A UK qualified individual who brings along more than twenty years of rich and diverse experience in the field of education that includes working in national and international chains of Schools. The experience mainly includes policy development curriculum development, professional development, training, school evaluation, school improvement projects and pastoral care. I have been a founding principal of International Islamic University Islamabad School in Pakistan and have established an international school in Dhaka, Bangladesh and three international schools in Pakistan. I have a proven record of being result oriented, innovative leader, change maker and a successful leader in multicultural and international schools in Pakistan and Malaysia. I have also developed science curriculum for key stage 1 and 2 and have written two resource books for primary science. Strategic awareness, high level of integrity, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to think creatively, people management skills coupled with the ability to act as a coach to team members are some of the prominent traits of my personality. I am also a co partner in community services project, a school for the under privileged children. It’s a free school for the deserving children.

2) June 16, 2023 – Designed and conducted Training Session for 30 teachers on “Reforming Teaching of Primary Science through INQUIRY for Fazaia Institute of Teacher Training, Islamabad Pakistan. 3) July 2021- Designed and conducted 40 hours of training to empower newly inducted 30 teachers on Essential Teaching Skills for Learning and Teaching for three schools of International Islamic University Schools, Islamabad, Pakistan.
