As the Retail Operational Manager NF-3, I’m trained and practice the highest level of hospitality and customer service on the daily basis, I am responsible to assist my Head Professional on her day- to-day retail operations, such as, receiving and invoicing merchandise, displaying merchandise onto the sales floor immediately. Also, I’m able to provide Outside Services, Starter/ Podium, and Player’s Assistant support when calling the tee, monitor/ maintain pace of play, and addressing golf course rules for patrons, maintain cleanliness in and around the Cart Barn and Pro Shop areas.
