I have practical experience in management, a Master's degree in Public Policy and Administration with a focus on Criminal Justice, and a certificate in middle management. I've gained knowledge in policy analysis and program research thanks to my background as a former law enforcement officer and veteran of the military. As a former law enforcement instructor, I've developed management ideas that have strengthened my perspective and commitment to assessing and developing materials to provide to outside agencies. I'm pursuing a Ph.D. in Public Policy and Administration at Walden University, minoring in Criminal Justice.
