• Set up and designed a schedule to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts with a facility of a minimum of 45 employees. Minimizing the amount of overtime. Often eliminating overtime all together while still giving the employees their requested time off and covering for sick coverage. Additional Skills and Interests:

• Assisted in setting up the Umpqua Valley Warming Center. 1. Recruiting and training of the Volunteers

2. Setting up Meals and working with the community to provide meals. At times preparing the meals myself.

3. Worked with the Church that provided us with the building on safety and housekeeping while the guests were at the Center.

• Set up a Yearly Dental Clinic with the Caring Hands and Mouth Organization. The program was available to anyone who showed up no matter the income level you had.
