Philosophy, Charlotte, NC Territory April 2016-Present

Regional Manager

Philosophy for the Charlotte and surrounding market.

Was chosen to fill another temporary reassignment in the Regional Manager role while the company was restructuring due to a recent merger. I was responsible for evaluating and assessing stock levels, merchandising and ensuring visuals are correct in order for them to be effective for consumers. I planned and executed both in store generated events and corporate events, in which I exceeded the set goals every time. While in this role, I not only educated consumers and associates while selling side-by-side in stores on product knowledge, but also led 6 multiple group trainings of up to 40 people on up-coming launches. I maintained relationships with each account via email, phone and in person, resulting in consistent increases each week of up to 13%. Given the constant communication within each account and specialist in the field, strategic planning on focus doors and successful events, I not only helped my territory to rank the highest within the market, but also maintain a steady trend above the company as a whole. In addition to the above, I was offered a permanent Regional Manager position with Philosophy in Baltimore, but unfortunately had to decline, as the move was not feasible at the time.

Belk, Charlotte, North Carolina August 2015-April 2016

As the Business Manager I am responsible for coaching, educating and developing a team of five beauty advisors, managing stock levels, counter displays, creating and maintaining existing relationships and ensuring that both myself and team meet and exceed goals. Since taking the position I have led a continuous increase each month and am sustaining a solid increase on our new fiscal season. I have accomplished this by creating a system of client loyalty for our counter to help re-build previous and new client relationships, executing successful corporate, at counter and outside events and ensuring that each member of our team are both aware and held accountable for their set expectations.

Sona MedSpa, Raleigh, North Carolina February 2014-August 2015

I was hired by Sona MedSpa at their highest level in which a sales consultant can be, which inevitably results back to my previous experience and success. As a Senior Skin Consultant, I create and maintain relationships with clients by phone, email and in person selling a variety of aesthetic medical treatments and skincare. In order to have continuous retention of each category of clientele, I insure I maximize my time by concentrating on each of their needs and concerns and always keeping the line of communication open. I am responsible for producing 60% of the center's sales every month, all while continuing to be one of their top consultants in the company.

Belk, Macys, Raleigh, North Carolina January 2013-April 2015

After my previous job with Trish McEvoy in Charlotte, I was promoted to manage the largest Trish McEvoy account in the country. We successfully beat our monthly goals, events and continuously stayed on plan to make our goal of being her only one million dollar counter by the end of the fiscal year. I accomplished and excelled at keeping and bringing in new clients in order to sustain a successful and growing business; excellent communication and customer service skills; learned how to create and execute successful events by networking through the community and the importance of maintaining both old and new relationships with clientele which inevitably contributed to the success of the counter. During my time there, I managed up to 8 very strong employees and watched both myself and each of them grow. In addition to that, I was the top-seller in the department out of 20 co-workers while still running the number one line in the department as well as in the Trish McEvoy Company.

Nordstrom, Charlotte, North Carolina November 2008 – April 2012

This accomplishment allowed me to be a part of an accelerated program in the company called "Future Nordstrom Leaders." I have also consistently continued to run increases at the counter each month by obtaining existing clients as well as bringing in new ones by building and maintain relationships with them. I continue to have a very high personal trade record due to the above, networking and coordinating inside and outside events. This enabled the counter to exceed the previous year's numbers. During this time I managed 6 different employees in which two of them achieved being promoted within the company.

During my time in the Cosmetics/Skincare Industry, I have acquired and utilized many interpersonal communication skills. I have learned how to build relationships with clients via face to face, over the phone and email, which in turn has led to many networking opportunities and achievements.
