- Responsibly support and participate in the execution of the Army Reserves (AR), Air Force and/or Military Project Management Branch Programs in P3MD for all District elements.

- Initiate, coordinate and generate statistical data to leadership and customers thru SITREPS, After Action Reports, Cost Work Estimates, Market Surveys, Project Initiation Forms, MILCON Issue Reports and Directives.

- Construct project status reports illustrating schedules, actual obligations and expenditures for meetings such as Project Review Boards and Engineer Program Reviews with timely and accurate submission.

- Respond promptly to LRD/HQ USACE data calls and Congressional inquiries.

- Facilitate AR initiatives through annual training events and quarterly newsletters.

- Audit and expedite entry of up-to-date project information utilizing the Program Project Delivery Systems (CMI and ProjectWise) in accordance with the PMBP for Project Management Plans and Acquisition Strategy Meeting minutes.

- Monitor, instruct and manage civil/military land and asset acquisitions, construction, encroachments, site restorations, safety violations and disposals to progressively ensure accuracy of all programs both quantitatively and qualitatively by analyzing reports (root cause analysis), managing flow through organizations, and regulation guidance (i.e., McKinney, BRAC, Endangered Species and Cultural, etc).

- Lead and contribute in PRB, Monthly Progress Reports, CEFMS Financial Reconciliation Reports, SITREPS and SubCoP conferences by collaborating on technical issues and conducting training sessions.

- Comply with established EEO/EO and safety principles, information security guidelines, physical security, ethics, utilize Lean Six Sigma methodology, Standards of Conduct, financial and accountability policies.

- Balance acquisition of resources against projected budget and future program trends. - Develop, evaluate and audit ISO/Qualtrax S.O.P.’s for real property and disposal by researching Regulations.
