Project Profile:

Fairmount Hotel & Service Apartments is a luxury five star hotel located in Al Marina Island Cornish. The huge hotel features 563 guest rooms, a private beach, five swimming pools, Willow Stream Spa and a number of restaurants.

Key responsibilities:-

Preparation of material submittals for approvals.

Preparation of MIR for the delivered material.

Execution of light poles, landscape lights, pool lights and façade light.

Installation and inspection of water pumps and panels.

Site inspection for the work carried out and raising the WIR/ITR for consultant approval.

Supervise the site team and coordination with the site activities and other trades.

Attend the meetings with main contractors/consultant for site progress.

Coordinate and guide the site team for cabling and termination to the feeder pillars / DB’s as per the approved load schedule.

Ensure the project specification and local/standard/authority regulations.

Supervise for the installation of poles and light installation of different types.

Manage & execute all the landscape light works, monitoring for correct approach and timely completion. Project Profile:

Uniestate Living Bay is a residential & commercial project at Al Marjan Island in Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. Project consists of 6 towers and 1050 residential flat, commercial shops and offices.

Electrical experience covers: -

Review and understanding the all electrical and drawings.

Preparation of BOQ and material break down for electrical scope.

Assist to prepare the shop drawings and material submittals for consultant approvals.

Preparation of procurement plan for project as per base line program.

Execution of MEP work like conduits and drainage sleeves as per approved shop drawings.

Manage execution and timely completion of all the electrical installation as RMU, Transformer, Capacitor Bank, MDB, SMDB and DB.

Installation of LV and ELV distribution system, lighting fixtures and power outlets.

Supervision of electrical wiring, cable dressing and termination in MDB, SMDB and DB as per approved load schedule.

Supervise the main cable routing and cabling to SMDB’s from LV panel.

Supervise the fabrication work like cable trays, truncking work etc and coordination with other services.

Meeting with sub-contractors and site team for the site progress and targets.

Establishing the test program and commissioning of all electrical fixtures and installations, analyzing test program for accuracy, examining projects for compliance and preparation of reports for the company and our clients.

Ensure the drainage and water supply tests (leakage and pressure) for the network.
