2.Works as Operation head (Quality & Production) in M/S Aglo Packaging Pvt.Ltd a plastic division of AGLO groups of industries from Sept 2012 to dec 2016

. Proudly Leading a work force of 180 people with 6 IMM for plastic and 12 compressor press machine for rubber manufacturing and one ERC setup, with monthly consumption of 600 mt Raw material

• Post graduate Diploma in Plastics processing Technology, CIPET, Haldia. West Bengal in 2003
