5/99 to 3/07: President, Adelphi Inc., New York. (U.S. Headquarters of Adelphi Group of companies, UK) Responsible for structuring the company and “building the business” from its inception in May 99 to 3/07.

Started with small core team of management persons--company grew to over 45 persons. Responsible for all aspects of the company’s growth from business development, strategic development of programs to management/ administrative duties, inclusive of making financial projections, monthly financial review

and meeting projections, proposal development and new business presentations. Gross Sales for 2006 – in excess of $15,000,000.

(Empirin with codeine, Cardilate); Ortho Biotech OKT3); Endo Laboratories (Symmetrel); Schering (Vanceril); Miles Pharmaceuticals (ID products, clotrimazole).

Negotiated contractual agreements with architects, contractors, accounting firm, law firm as well as freelancers, producers, etc; oversaw operations, including staff selection and development.
