Ensuring TCE site HSE procedures are implemented and maintained as per the site requirements.
Conducting Safety Audit in Quarterly Basics.
Improving the safety of workers and ensuring that construction companies stay in compliance with safety standards and regulations
Reporting all HSE related matters to the project manager.
Preparing daily observations and other HSE documents on the site requirement basis.
Co-ordination of weekly walkthroughs with clients.
Ensuring that the contractors are following the PTW system and the activities are carried out based on the Method of Statement (MS) & Risk Assessment (RA).
Ensuring that periodic inspections are conducted at the site prior to starting any high-risk activities by the contractor.
Ensuring that all the legal documents are valid for the workers.
Ensuring that the site's condition is safe to carry out the job.
Ensure that all the basic facilities are available for the workers.
Review HSE violations, monitor trends, and provide advice to close HSE violations.
