Connie had previous experience in billing and collections. She was responsible for all the patient billing and collections at our clinic, as well as Office Manager. She was responsible for Accounts Receivables and Medicare billing.
She is highly qualified working with the AR and does extremely well with insurance companies. I have known her to continue working some AR accounts that others would have given up on and she got several of them paid.
