Responsibilities include the development, implementation, and overall management of the corporate occupational safety and health program.

Direct report to SES Safety Manager and all site Safety Supervisors

Responsible for educating employees, conducting drug and alcohol tests, ensuring program confidentiality, making sure the program complies with U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and maintaining all documentation. Designated Employer Representative

(DER).

Oversee policies and programs to ensure that workplace conditions comply with all local, state, and federal safety requirements.

Oversee SES PHMSA 49, CFR Part 192, 193, & 199, Subpart B & C DOT & Non-DOT covered employee new hire, random, reasonable suspicion, and post-accident drug & alcohol program.

Assists with implementing our company Substance Abuse Plan (SAP)

Manage Health and Safety Plan for compliance with government health and safety laws, and as it related to each specific site.

Ensure employee training to applicable OSHA standards 29 CFR 1910

Oversee the management of all 3rd party contractor compliance companies such as ISNetworld, PEC, and Veriforce
