Provided consulting and effective meeting design services to drive the development of a three-year strategic plan (serves as a best practice for 708 Boards in Illinois), funding allocation strategy and criteria that encouraged collaboration among service providers for maximum community impact and utilization of resources.

Sovereign Bank – (4/06 – 11/07)

Developed a strategic diversity and inclusion alignment learning model to provide structured development for senior management, directors and supervisors and individual contributors. Provided consulting to senior management and the diversity council in the development of the bank’s strategic plan for diversity and inclusion. Developed a talent optimization model and process for increasing the diversity of the bank’s workforce at all levels.

Provided consulting services to the HSBC Diversity Council in order to develop a strategic plan.
