OVERVIEW
Over 11 years of experience as Quality Management Director of Specialized Medical Center providing overall leadership and direction for the implementation of the Medical Center’s Quality Management Plan and Programs in accordance with the Mission and Strategic Goals and Objectives of the Medical Center and local and international laws and regulations and accreditation standards; with a thorough understanding of local and international regulatory accrediting bodies - Accreditation Canada Qmentum International Standards, Joint Commission International Standards, International Organization for Standardization, Saudi Central Board of Accreditation for Healthcare Institutions, and expertise in process improvement, tracer methodology, risk assessment, quality tools and techniques, and statistical methodologies. In general, it includes providing a planned, systematic, organization-wide approach in identifying, designing, measuring, prioritizing, and monitoring all quality management activities, including new processes and services, with its scope of work on education, training, hands-on facilitation, participation and leadership, and development of human resources in performance improvement for the entire Medical Center.

Over 14 years of thorough knowledge, clinical skills, and managerial capabilities in directing a team of pharmacists and allied health professionals in the provision of quality and safe pharmaceutical scope of services, as well as the efficient operation of the pharmaceutical services, an expert in establishing standards of quality, productivity and performance in accordance with the mission and strategic goals and objectives, policies and procedures, and requirements of local and international regulatory accrediting bodies.

I currently reside in Orlando, Florida. I have lived in Saudi Arabia for the past 27 years. My hobbies include reading, writing, volunteering, travelling, painting, calligraphy, poetry, cooking, swimming, and jogging. I am always striving to acquire new knowledge and skills. I perform well under pressure and am very adaptive to new environments and situations.
