Inbound/Outbound

Responsible for loading outgoing freight into trailers and receive information on inbound trailers brining freight into the warehouse. Sorting products onto pallets per DPCI numbers and counting cartons received and printing the labels to go on each pallet.

Responsible for the resert line and printing labels on carton that have no labels or damaged labels while keeping count of all reprints.

Making daily spreadsheets of carton in the que that need to be delivered to outbound lanes for loading onto the trailers.

Reworking inventory that has been double picked or the trailer has been closed/cancelled freights. Reinstating cartons that need to be restocked in the warehouse for future orders. Responsible for sweeps to find vacant locations for the incoming freight.

Pre-Received audits

Collecting information on inbound pallets, making sure there are no DPCI errors and all cartons on the pallets belong to the one DPCI and informing the lead processor if there are errors. Checking for VCP/SSP errors, if found partnering with the problem solver to get the error resolved. Making sure pallets are built correctly and the carton count is correct, if they are not then partnering with the lead processors to correct the pallet and print the correct labels before cartons go to the warehouse, entering all information into the data base and sent to the proper

person.
