My first time working a Tip-Based Job was an excellent work experience

as I’ve been able to communicate with different groups of people who

come in with different attitudes. I've managed to always greet them with

my honor as helping attend them. The experience of serving people was

different as I engaged with the customers and as well as becoming a shift

leader there was a first time experience being able to work with my

co-workers was amazing we never had personal problems nor general.

Overall the experience was an exceptional chance to learn better

communication skills with the customers.

My Experience working Retail was a first time experience. I've always

wanted to engage more in the fashion merchandise so being able to

organize all merchandise and recommendations to the customers was

overall my favorite, customers would trust my opinion whether it was the

real deal as I’ve personally have knowledge on different fabric criteria’s.

This project was my first time project working with elderly and younger

people it was a way of me learning to gain communication and

confidence skills it’s always been a pleasure for me to learn more about

leadership as I always want to be helpful I need to be busy without a

motive as I always need something to keep myself occupied as I don’t

like the feeling of boredom so being able to be volunteer to be helpful is

a joyful experience on my behalf. The project was simple as helping

older and younger people how to be more advanced in their level of

reading. Overall a experience I would love to repeat.

I’ve been in the flowing Wells District Since pre-Kinder. Since then I’ve kept my

loyalty to stay in the district since my final year of school (present time) . I'm

currently graduating early as I’ve been getting ahead of my credits. I’ve been in

the fashion program of FFCLA for the Flowing Wells District and have had the

chance to go to nationals of FFCLA Competition State for the cretia of building a

jumpsuit although the award was not given to me I still had the opportunity to see

and build leadership with my members and got to see the standers of cretia it

takes to be prior for next time and many other chances I get which I’m full of

gratitude to learn and re-try as for many opportunities I get.
