Now Associated with M/s.Add Energy Management (Tamilnadu) Limited –as a Chief Project Manager for the construction of hydel project in Karnataka State. Project construction is completed and pre commissioning testing is under progress.

Involvement:

1. Worked as a General Manager –Projects at M/s.Sangamam Power Projects Pvt.Ltd, Hyderabad from Feb-2015 to May-2020 for the construction of Irrigation structures and hydel projects in Madhya Pradesh. As the head of construction, lead the team of Engineers from initial inception to commission and commissioned 4MW project in May-2020. This project construction was in-house construction without engaging contractors.

2. Associated as an Assistant General Manager-Project in M/s.Kare Power Resources Pvt.Ltd-Bangalore for the construction of 24.75MW hydel project across river Krishna in Raichur District from May 2012. As the senior head lead the project team, PMC Engineers and contractors, completed the project in Feb- 2015.

3. Worked in M/s. M/s.SNC Power Corporation-Bangalore as an Assistant General Manager for the construction of Bellary Thermal Power station and AP Genco-50MW hydel project from Sep-2010.As the senior head of project started BTPS 2nd phase-500MW construction works of wagon tippler building, ash handling and coal handling plants and junction towers. Then look after the AP Genco-50MW small hydel project works located near Nagarjuna Sagar dam in Telangana State. 4. Joined M/s. Soham Power-Bangalore as a Senior Manager-construction for hydel power projects construction in South Canara district - Karnataka. 15MW small hydel Project construction was started in Oct 2008 from initial restoration works and Completed in Oct-2010. This was run off river scheme constructed across Palguni river tributary of Netravali River. 5. Associated as a Project in charge in M/s. Hotel Atria group-Bangalore for the construction of power projects in Mandya District. Both project constructions were in house construction executed and 2

completed within project time line. Projects were commissioned in 2008. Period of stay was from July- 1999 to Oct-2008.

6. Started career as a Site Engineer in M/s. /s. Sudarshan Maplani and Company-Bangalore for the construction of Aqueduct and Irrigation structures from Sept-1992. Completed project total construction in july-1995 and then transferred to the project sites for the construction of small hydel power project and Industrial project (Pharmaceutical) in Mysore District. Both project constructions were completed in June- 1999.

Technical Proficiency:

Good technical knowledge on subject and site execution. Strong Leadership quality and site management.

Good experience of mechanical construction and project management in Irrigation projects, Power projects, Industrial buildings, Sub stations and Residential buildings.

Good Technical and construction knowledge of barrages, weirs, dams, irrigation canals and related structures,embankments, bridges, power houses, machine foundations, lift irrigation, road and bridges, pre engineered buildings, MS structures,MS penstock works, water supply pipeline work and Industrial buildings.

Familiar with contract tendering process and tendering, BOQ estimation.

Exposure knowledge of PSI girder casting, erection, launching girder fabrication, bridge construction.

Knowledge of pressure grouting, guniting and rock bolting.

In depth Knowledge of safety practices and procedures.

Good in project budget preparation, monitoring all budgeted project expenditures, cash flow projections, reporting actual cash flow and variance to senior management on a regular basis (weekly/monthly)

.Handled Govt.liaisoning for several projects from initial stage to completion.

* Scheduling activities to ensure completion of the project within the time and budgetary parameters.

* Good knowledge of hydro mechanical works, electromechanical works and transmission line works

* Working knowledge of Auto CAD-2007, MS Project and Microsoft office. Languages Known: Kannada, English, Hindi, Telugu and Tamil. Salary drawn and Expected: Negotiable.
